Applause: Thanks, Tacoma, for quick repair of pothole

Thank you to the City of Tacoma for a speedy response to my recent pothole and road repair request. I submitted a request using the online form and the potholes and other road issues were addressed within a week.

I was very surprised to see the potholes repaired since we are in the middle of winter, but repaired they were.

I have used the online form to report potholes several times before and have noticed that repairs are always made quickly. In fact, in all my dealings with the city over the 20 years I have lived here, I have received prompt responses from friendly employees each and every time. Thank you for that.

It makes me wonder: Of all the people complaining about the city not doing anything to repair potholes, how many take the two minutes it takes to report a pothole? Try it. You’ll get results.
