One hurt in Kent auto body explosion
A man was hurt Monday morning after an explosion at an automotive repair store in Kent.
The explosion happened about 10:30 a.m. in the 15300 block of 272nd Street between Kent and Covington.
The Kent Regional Fire Authority tweeted from the scene that the man’s condition was unknown.
A fire caused by the explosion was mostly out by the time firefighters arrived because of sprinklers inside the building.
