Man killed in Tacoma traffic accident identified
The man killed Friday in a Lincoln District traffic accident has been identified by the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Ronald Curtis, a 58-year-old Puyallup resident, was killed Friday at about 4 p.m. during a collision at the intersection of South Yakima Avenue and South 40th Street.
A woman in her 60s ran a stop sign while driving west on 40th Street and hit a car headed north on Yakima Avenue, Tacoma spokeswoman Loretta Cool told The News Tribune on Friday.
