As a coronavirus prevention measure, the Gig Harbor Civic Center is closed to the public until further notice. This status will be updated periodically on the city website. City offices are still conducting business and may be reached by telephone or email.

All meetings listed below will be held remotely. Recordings will available on the city website. To join a meeting by telephone, dial the listed number and, when prompted, enter the access code.

The scheduled meetings of the Parks Commission, Hearing Examiner and Planning Commission have been canceled.

Other Public Meetings

PenMet Parks Special Meetings, Monday, May 4, by teleconference. A series of special meetings to interview candidate design firms for the pending Community Recreation Center project will be at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. To participate, request a call-in number from PenMet Parks by emailing admin@penmetparks.org

PenMet Parks Special Meetings (tentative) Wednesday, May 6, by teleconference. Two meetings are tentatively scheduled for 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. if needed for second interviews of design candidates. Public participation by call-in available as above.
