The board of directors for Key Fest 2015 regrettably canceled the festival due to a lack of funds. It was originally scheduled for June 19 to 21.
The board apologized for the cancellation, and wrote on its website that it plans to return and make the 2016 festival “spectacular.”
The KeyFest committee is comprised of volunteers. There will be meetings throughout the summer to plan the 2015 festival. All meetings are at 6:30 p.m. on the first Monday of the month at the Key Center Library, 8905 KP N, Lakebay.

All that want to see KeyFest return are encouraged to attend meetings.
“We need you and your ideas to help keep KeyFest going,” the board posted on the Key Fest event page on Facebook.
