Pierce County Sheriff’s deputies are asking for help identifying three suspected burglars who broke into Tacoma’s Rainier Asphalt & Concrete.
The PCSD posted video Thursday on Facebook that showed the men rummaging through the business and stealing tools.
According to the statement, the men — all believed to be white men in their 20s or 30s — forced their way in to the business located on the 10100 block of Portland Avenue East in Tacoma on Feb. 4.
One of the suspects wore jeans, dark shoes and a blue Kam Chancellor Seahawks jersey. “On Super Bowl Sunday ... isn’t it bad enough that we didn’t make the playoffs!?!” the PCSD post reads.
Another suspect wore a black hoodie and jeans. The third wore a dark jacket and bicycle helmet.
The suspected thieves prowled several work trucks and used a sledgehammer to break through a door and into a garage where they took trimmers, blowers and pressure washer.
Those with information about the incident are asked to contact the sheriff’s department.
