Police arrested a fourth suspect Wednesday in a fatal shooting that happened earlier this month at Tacoma’s King Oscar Motel.
The 27-year-old woman is suspected of helping drive the getaway vehicle, Tacoma police spokesman Loretta Cool said.
The News Tribune does not generally name suspects before they have been charged with a crime.
Marcus Boykin, 30; Aron Skaro, 32; and Raphael Smith, 32, have all been charged with first-degree murder and first-degree robbery in the Aug. 20 shooting of 41-year-old Kevin Young.
Prosecutors said the group was trying to rob Young of drugs and money, and that Boykin and Smith burst into his hotel room, demanding cash.
Young was shot as the group argued, according to charging papers.
Skaro and the woman arrested Wednesday both drove the vehicle as the group fled, Cool said.
