A Tacoma man allegedly recorded video and took still images of a 12-year-old girl in the bathroom and emailed them to other people.
Anthony Morales, 23, pleaded not guilty Wednesday to two counts of second-degree dealing in depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and six counts of possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Bail was set at $150,000.
Morales knew the victim and placed a cellphone in a bathroom fan in her home, according to charging papers.

Tacoma police began investigating Morales in June after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children notified them that someone had uploaded two images of child pornography.
Detectives traced the IP address to Morales and served a warrant on his email account, where they allegedly found the images and video recordings. Police said Morales’ computer contained several other pictures of child porn.
“The defendant admitted to having an issue for child pornography,” court records show.
Morales told police he’d been dishonorably discharged from the military after being arrested on suspicion of possessing child porn in 2010.
