Sex offenders recently registered to live in Pierce County

The following convicted sex offenders have recently registered to live in Pierce County.

Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.

All convicted sex offenders registered to live in Tacoma and Pierce County are listed on the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department’s website at piercesheriff.org.

Christopher Clausen

Age: 23.

Description: 6 feet 1 and 190 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

Where registered to live: 4400 block of 41st Street Northeast, Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 2006, at age 15, of indecent liberties with forcible compulsion, for sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl and third-degree rape for assaulting a 15-year-old girl. Convicted of third-degree rape of a child in 2010 for assaulting two girls, ages 14 and 15.

Sex offender treatment: Did not participate in a treatment program.

Raallan Garred

Age: 53.

Description: 5 feet 4 and 200 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.

Where registered to live: 17500 block of Eight Avenue Court East, Spanaway.

Criminal history: Pleaded guilty in 1996, at age 35, to first-degree rape of a child. He sexually assaulted a 6-year-old boy and a disabled 7-year-old girl. Pleaded guilty to first-degree child molestation in 1989, at age 28, for sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl.

Sex offender treatment: Did not participate in a treatment program.

Christopher J. Parson

Age: 32.

Description: 6 feet 2 and 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Where registered to live: 22600 block of 34th Avenue Court East, Spanaway.

Criminal history: Convicted of first-degree rape of a child and first-degree child molestation in 2001 at age 18, for assaulting a 6-year-old boy.

Sex offender treatment: Did not participate in a treatment program while incarcerated.
