Lakewood man charged for allegedly pimping teen girl

A teenage girl arrested for prostitution told Lakewood police she was working to raise money to fix the window’s in her pimp’s vehicle.

She also said the man was nice because he didn’t “beat on her,” court records show.

Detectives arrested Nicholas Bondon, 23, anyway. He pleaded not guilty Thursday to promoting sexual abuse of a minor and was jailed in lieu of $100,000.

The girl, 17, advertised on and an undercover officer responded to the ad and set up a date, according to charging papers.

She told the undercover officer she’d met Bondon three days earlier and “was trying to earn $800 to fix the windows in the defendant’s vehicle.”

Police arrested Bondon at a nearby motel.
