Tacoma man gets 8 years for prostituting 2 teen girls

A Tacoma man was sentenced Thursday to eight years and three months in prison for prostituting two teenage runaways on

Clifton Eskridge III, 31, pleaded guilty in July 2014 to possession of child pornography. He originally was charged with commercial sex abuse of a minor.

At his sentencing, U.S. District Judge Benjamin H. Settle said Eskridge caused “great harm” to the two girls and ordered him to serve 15 years of supervised release after his prison term.

He also must register as a sex offender.

Eskridge brought two runaways, aged 15 and 16, from Spokane to Pierce County in March 2013. He made a sexually explicit video of the girls and advertised them on, according to court records.
