Police looking for suspect in fatal Tacoma drive-by

A 17-year-old charged with murder in connection to a fatal drive-by shooting in Tacoma has a warrant for his arrest.

Police are asking the public to help find Clifford Krentkowski, who is suspected of being one of six people in the drive-by vehicle.

Shots fired from the SUV killed 19-year-old Brandon Morris, who had just left a nearby convenience store with friends May 1 at South 45th Street and South Puget Sound Avenue.

The other five suspects believed to have been in the SUV are charged and in custody.

Krentkowski is charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and four counts of first-degree assault.

He’s described as 5 feet 8, 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-222-TIPS. Tips are anonymous and may lead to a reward.
