Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.

Randy Russell Smith. Tacoma Police Department
Randy Russel Smith
Age: 64.
Description: 5-foot-7 and 240 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes.
Registered address: 1400 block of East 31st Street, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Arrested in 1990 for allegedly sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl while attending a party at her residence. Convicted in 2013 of voyeurism in Thurston County for taking pictures of a child in a dressing room of a Fred Meyer store.
Sex offender treatment: Smith participated in a sex offender treatment program.

Age: 46.
Description: 5-foot-8 and 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Registered address: 7000 block of East B Street, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1999 of first-degree rape, first-degree attempted rape and first-degree kidnapping in Pierce County for abducting and sexually assaulting a woman.
Sex offender treatment: Williams participated in a sex offender treatment program.

Description: 5-foot-10 and 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Registered address: 7300 block of South Wilkeson Street, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2006 of communication with a minor for immoral purposes in Thurston County for making inappropriate comments to a 5-year-old girl. Convicted in 2016 and 2021 of second-degree possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct in Thurston County.
Sex offender treatment: Rockwell participated in a sex offender treatment program.
