A bomb threat Monday closed several customer service offices for the state Department of Transportation, according to the agency.
Ofices in Gig Harbor, Seattle and Bellevue, as well as customer service phone lines, closed after the threat, said the department’s division spokesman, Ethan Bergerson.
He didn’t know when the threat came in, but said he first heard about it about 1:30 p.m. He said he believed the threat was phoned in.
All offices and phone lines were back open by about 2:30 p.m.

The customer service centers are at 3212 50th St. Court NW in Gig Harbor, 4554 Ninth Ave, NE in Seattle and 13107 NE 20th St. in Bellevue.
Bergerson said police were investigating.
