Traffic alert: Delays Saturday night on SR 167 approaching SR 18

Drivers on northbound state Route 167 should prepare for possible delays approaching state Route 18 in Auburn on Saturday evening (July 25).

Crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation planned to close the northbound SR 167 high-occupancy toll lane from its start at 15th Street Southwest to SR 18 from 5-10 p.m. Also Saturday evening, a planned rolling slowdown of all northbound SR 167 traffic approaching SR 18 was scheduled from about 7-7:15 p.m.

The lane closure and rolling slowdown are associated with several other full weekend closures in the area for the SR 167 high-occupancy toll lane project.
