Roadway near Good Samaritan in Puyallup shut down following serious vehicle crash
A serious crash between a motorcycle and car has shut down a Puyallup roadway Tuesday afternoon.
The intersection of 15th Avenue Southeast and South Meridian near Good Samaritan Hospital is closed, according to Puyallup Police on X at 12:54 p.m.
The crash caused life-threatening injuries, Puyallup Police spokesman Capt. Kevin Gill told The News Tribune. The police department will release more information once more details emerge, he said.
Fire crews are clearing the scene, and those involved in the crash were taken to local hospitals, according to Central Pierce Fire & Rescue on X.
Drivers in the area are asked to use alternate routes.
