Fairytale castle is hidden in a ‘rare location’ — and it’s for sale. See Oregon estate
A home that looks like it was just yanked out of a Disney movie has landed on the real estate market in Eugene, Oregon, for a cool $1 million.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom estate sits on almost seven acres of pristine land and is surrounded lush beauty.
“It has beautiful views (and) many wonderful wineries nearby including Noble Estate, Sweet Cheeks, Sarver and King Estates,” listing agent John Davis of Ineugene Real Estate tells McClatchy News. “This location would make an excellent Airbnb.”
The listing notes that a new owner can “enjoy sunrises and sunsets from this rare location” since the 4,141-square-foot residence has views from the south, east and west.
Along with the epic views, the home also has a plethora of features, including:
Wide doorways
High ceilings
Skylights
Terrazzo floors
“While soaring ceilings provide an airy and grand atmosphere to the interior, accent details, archways and doorways complete the sensation of living in a European castle,” the listing describes.
Glancing through the photos, there are plenty of aspects that showcase the character the unique castle has, including a loft area in one of the bedrooms, a delightful backyard pond, and a spacious kitchen. It also looks as if a new owner would have to put some work into the interior since there are a few visible cracks and water marks in the floor and ceiling, the photos show.
