The husband of a Utah woman missing since 2009 says he’ll meet with the FBI if the agency will pay for his lawyer to be present.
Josh Powell told The Salt Lake Tribune on Saturday that he’s willing to talk if his attorney properly advises him and the FBI pays the attorney fees.
Powell is a person of interest in the missing person’s case of Susan Cox Powell.
He refuses to meet with West Valley City police, claiming they misled him and the public about the case.
