Kennewick Hearing Examiner, 6 p.m., 210 W. Sixth Ave.: substantial development permit for 58 acre parcel on Clover Island between Clover Island Yacht Club and Port of Kennewick office building.

Columbia-Burbank School Board, 6 p.m., 755 Maple St., Burbank: hold interviews for student board representative in open session, then hold a closed-door session to discuss qualifications. At 7 p.m., discuss the resignation of a board member and hold a workshop on budget planning.

Pasco School Board, 6:30 p.m., C. L. Booth Education Service Center, 1215 W. Lewis St.: decide on whether to expand dual language immersion program and receive update on graduation.
