The precipitation will continue into the morning of July 4 with continued cloudy skies in the afternoon and light wind. There is a 50 percent chance of rain during the day, with the high temperature forecast at 65 degrees.
Skies will become partly cloudy going into the evening, with a lower chance of rain in time for area fireworks shows.
