Five things the Kavanaugh-Ford inquisition taught our kids

Five lessons our children learned while watching this week’s Senate hearings with Christine Blasey Ford and Brett Kavanaugh.

1. Even when you grow up, it’s totally fine to be intimidated by a smart girl and to ask another smart girl to talk to her for you.

2. High school yearbooks are priceless treasures full of awesome memories with forever friends and should be shredded no later than your 21st birthday.

3. All job interviews are hard. But if you argue with the interviewer about the difference between passing out drunk vs. falling asleep drunk, it’s probably not going well.

4. To delay a meeting with the vice principal, try demanding an FBI investigation. To distract attention from your own embarrassing playground behavior, try blaming the Clintons.

5. Believe the girls and women in your life. But beware strangers named Diane Feinstein.
