Racism: Sports network has double standard

Jemele Hill of ESPN made some very derogatory tweets about President Trump recently, calling him a white supremacist.

She has the right to say whatever she wants about anyone — and I support that right.

However, it appears from ESPN’s comments on this issue that it is not as prone to fire a black woman for her words as they were to fire an egotistical, white, radio talk-show host for his comments. (Rush Limbaugh, who was a commentator for ESPN several years ago.)

By their actions, ESPN has shown its support for Hill and the comments she made. I wish they’d just stick to sports.
