Tacoma council: Neal has the whole package

We have a unique opportunity to elect a young, hardworking, kind and progressive new candidate to the Tacoma City Council.

Meredith Neal will bring things to the council that we need a whole lot more of. She’s a planner who favors density and who will do her part to ensure we build as much housing as possible to meet growing demand. She’s a strong voice for the environment, as evidenced by her participation with Forterra and other organizations.

She’s building relationships around the city, and isn’t just here because it’s her turn to hold office. And, importantly to me as a dad, she’s actively involved in Tacoma Public Schools where her own kids attend.

It’s rare that we get all of those things in one candidate.

If you want to support younger people who are building lives and families in Tacoma and who have the future on their minds, I highly recommend voting for my friend Meredith Neal.
