Freedom Fair: Portable toilets lack necessities
The annual 4th of July event on the Tacoma waterfront was a wonderful experience, except for the second year in a row the portable toilets were overused and out of toilet paper by 5 p.m.
This could easily be fixed by having more of them on site, or else service them halfway through like Seattle’s Seafair does.
