PARKS: Point Defiance master plan is misleading

The Point Defiance Park Master Plan Update dated July 31 indicates all 75 projects will be completed by the year 2026. When this same plan was presented to the City of Tacoma for review, the duration of the same projects spans 20 years.

Maybe Metro Parks needs a new calculator, but that's a variance of nine years. This big question for Metro Parks is which date of completion is correct: 2026 or 2035?
