Guns: Obama is two-faced on safety

Re: “Gun-owning mom mixes it up with Obama” (TNT, 1-11).

President Obama stated at the CNN town hall on guns that that although he didn’t think Kimberly Corban’s guns necessarily made her safer, he is not trying to take them away.

If he did not think her having a gun made her safer, why do he and many politicians surround themselves with armed bodyguards and police?
