Obama: Krauthammer's hammering is no help

Re: “Obama’s ideological holiday in Havana” (Charles Krauthammer column, 3-25).

As usual, there goes Krauthammer hammering away at President Obama. What is it in this former psychiatrist that so incenses him in regards to Obama? Perhaps a bit of self-examination might be in order.

After the devastating debacle of the Iraq invasion, fired up by wishful thinking and false information, Obama vowed to keep us out of these ill-conceived, wishful-thinking invasions. Obviously the Iraq adventure opened up the Middle East Pandora’s box, which we now see unfolding between Sunnis and Shia and which created the Islamic State.

Terrorists find these divisions fertile ground for their plans. Tell us how to fix it. Stop hammering!

Another invasion? Where? More of our young men fighting far from home? And if so, what comes afterward?
