Vietnam: Obama should put first things first

Re: “US to fully lift Vietnam arms embargo, Obama says,” (TNT, 5/20).

It seems to me, with Memorial Day coming May 30, our commander in chief would focus on a full and accurate accounting of all our POWs and MIAs before making any deals with Vietnam.
