The exhibition halls at CenturyLink Field Event Center will be filled when the Great Seattle RV Show opens Thursday.
The show will feature the latest recreational vehicles from dealers across the Northwest, vendor booths, seminars and more.
“The improving economy and recent drop in fuel prices have prompted more people of all ages to explore the RV lifestyle,” Dave Helgeson, MHRV show director said in a news release. “The 2015 Great Seattle RV Show has something for everyone, whether they’re just curious about RVing or ready to roll.”
SEMINARS: Gary Bunzer, known as the RV Doctor, stands out on the seminar schedule. He will give four presentations: Understanding Battery Balance, The Top 10 Tips Every RVer Should Know, Propane System Safety, and Odor-Free RVing. The lineup includes 20 topics, covering topics such as RV destinations to financing, safety and retirement.

FOR THE KIDS: Children 10 and younger can take a break at the childcare center that will have games, toys, coloring and movies. There also will be a mobile video gaming theater on the weekends, and a pirate treasure hunt with the Pirates of Puget Sound, who will be passing out treasure maps and helping kids find hidden items during the weekend. The hunt will take place throughout the show.
WHEN: 11 a.m.-8 p.m., Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Feb. 8.
ADMISSION: Tickets are available online or at the gate: $12 for adults (free parking included for online orders only), $10 for seniors (62 or older) and children 17 or younger are free with paid adult. The show’s two sponsors will each donate $1 to Washington State Parks from each ticket sold at the gate.
