1 Composting basics workshop

2 Riverwalk history tour

5 Get out of the Rut

Northwest Trek is hosting its annual event that focuses on the park’s large hooved animals; listen as elk bugle, bison grunt and snort and deer spar; 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday-Sept. 7; Northwest Trek Wildlife Park, 11610 Trek Drive E., Eatonville; activities are free with park admission, nwtrek.org.


6 Hood Canal Celtic festival
