The Capital City Bass Club will hold its annual open bass tournament April 11 on Silver Lake near Mount St. Helens.
The club will cap the field at 35 two-person boats. The tournament is open to the public.
The tournament will run from 6 a.m.-2 p.m., with a driver’s meeting at 5:30 a.m. Streeter’s Resort, 120 Lake Road, Silverlake, which also will serve as the tournament headquarters.
The entry fee is $100 per boat, with an 80 percent payback. All entries must be postmarked by Saturday. You can find a registration form on the club’s website. Registration the morning of the event is cash only and runs from 4:45-5:15 a.m.
