One of the top recruits in the state of Oregon says he will play football for the Washington Huskies.
Elijah Molden, a 4-star cornerback prospect from West Linn, announced a commitment on Saturday to play football for UW.
Molden chose UW over offers from Oregon, Stanford, USC and several others.

Scout.com lists Molden at 5-foot-10 and 175 pounds, and ranks him the No. 142 overall prospect in the 2017 recruiting class. He is considered the No. 2 prospect in Oregon, behind Central High School defensive tackle Marlon Tuipolotu, who committed to UW in April.
The Huskies now have 14 known commitments for the 2017 class.
