--- Washington State moved within one win of bowl eligiblity with a 45-42 triumph at Arizona. UW hosts the Wildcats next Saturday at 8 p.m.

--- Guess USC deserved to be favored, after all -- the Trojans gave Utah its first loss, a 42-24 beating in Los Angeles.

--- Oregon State is now the last Pac-12 team without a conference victory, as Colorado pulled out a 17-13 victory in Corvallis.
