No. 1 UO 53, UW 16 (Final)

The high gear finally kicked in for the Oregon offense - greatly aided by a more lethal special teams' return game.

LaMichael James tallied his third rushing touchdown of the game early in the fourth quarter - 1-yarder with 10:52 to go - and the No. 1 Ducks scooted out of Autzen Stadium with a big Pacific-10 Conference victory.

In the second half, they scored four touchdowns in a 17-minute span - capped by James' short scoring scamper.

In spite of what the score looked like, the UW defense played better, Keith Price proved he could be a capable quarterbcak down the line and the Huskies had their scoring chances (they got three Erik Folk field goals).

But the UW's coverage units on special teams were ... well, non-existent. Harris' 79-yard punt return set up James' scoring run.
