In their final game before the start of Pacific-10 Conference play next week, the Huskies coasted to a 90-60 win over Nevada at Hec Edmundson Pavilion.
Isaiah Thomas led UW with season highs in points (24) and rebounds (8). MBA had a game high 11 rebounds and N'Diaye 10.
UW shot 42.2 percent, but held the Wolf Pack to 28.3.
The Huskies won on the boards, 56-42. And they recorded 18 assists with only five turnovers.
This one was a methodical beatdown. UW didn’t put together runs, but slowly outplayed the Pack in enough phases where the lead grew and grew: reaching 20--- 47-27 -- at halftime as C.J. Wilcox drained a trey at the buzzer.
The most significant downside to this one came about five minutes from the end, when Justin Holiday limped to the bench and then left the court with an apparent leg or ankle injury.
However, after the game Romar said he expects both Holiday and Venoy Overton to be ready for the start of Pacific-10 Conference play Wednesday at Southern California.
I'll be back with quotes and more stats.

2nd/16:43: Abdul Gaddy quickly picks up fouls three and four and heads to the bench. UW up, 54-30.
2nd half: ... has tipped off. Original starters back for both teams.
Halftime: C.J. Wilcox drained a three at the buzzer to give UW a 47.27 halftime lead over Nevada. Final shot was set up by a nice drive and dish by Isaiah Thomas.

Thomas and Holiday lead UW with six rebounds each.
UW has 22 rebounds to Nevada's 11. UW shooting 45.9 percent; Nevada 28 percent.

1st/11:09 Gaddy picks up second foul.
1st/13:40 Huskies up,12-9. Holiday leads UW with six points, on a pair of treys. Burton has four for the Pack.
Tipoff: The game has begun.
Lineups: For UW: Gaddy, Thomas, N'Diaye, MBA and Holiday. For Nevada: Burton, Czyz, Panzer, Story and Hunt.
Overton in uniform: Scratch that earlier report. Senior guard Venoy Overton is in uniform ... however, he is sitting on the bench rather than warming up with his teammates, so his status for tonight seems to remain doubtful.
Pregame: The Huskies get their final pre-conference tuneup tonight, meeting Nevada at 6 p.m. at Hec Ed.
About 90 minutes before tip, a few players from each team have trickled out for warmups: Huskies in white, Wolf Pack in dark blue.
However, the news is the guy who isn't in uniform: senior guard Venoy Overton, apparently a no-go tonight with a hyper-extended knee.
Here's a quick look at the game ahead:
