The Washington Huskies got an early addition to their 2012 recruiting class by finally getting a few members from the 2011 class enrolled into school
Defensive back/athlete Antavius Sims and wide receiver Marvin Hall were unable to get in school this fall, but are now taking classes and will compete in spring practice.
Sims is a junior college transfer, who was initially recruited as a quarterback out of Ventura (Calif.) College, he was named first-team all-league quarterback after passing for 1,956 yards and rushing for 1,014 more in 2010. Sims played his high school football at Americus-Sumter High in his native Georgia.
Hall, a wide receiver, will be a true freshman this coming fall. A second-team All-City wideout at Dorsey High, he helped lead the Dons to a 10-2 record as a senior in 2010, catching 31 passes for 673 yards and nine touchdowns.
