--- The most surprising result of the weekend in the Pac-12 was No. 9 USC's 37-31 loss at Boston College. And in what might be one of the most shocking statistical outcomes in recent conference history, BC out-rushed the Trojans 452-20.

--- UCLA squeaked out a 20-17 victory over Texas, but quarterback Brett Hundley was injured in the first quarter. Jerry Neuheisel, the son of former Huskies coach Rick Neuheisel, took over at quarterback and threw the game-winning touchdown pass.
