World rankings: Michael Putnam is 175th, Andrew Putnam is 261st, Gonzales is 293rd. and Kelly is 1,555th.

2013-14 earnings: Michael Putnam finished with $818,799 (116th on the PGA Tour). Kelly earned no money in two PGA Tour stops but finished with $8,123 on the Tour. Andrew Putnam had $342,638 (fifth on the Tour), and Gonzales earned $248,644 (13th on the Tour).

The skinny: The wrap-around portion of the 2014-15 PGA Tour season begins Thursday. And it features locals with their own unique backgrounds: Michael Putnam, who begins back-to-back stints on the PGA Tour for the first time in his career; Kelly, who continues to play on a major medical exemption; Gonzales, who returns to the PGA Tour for a second stint after losing his card in 2011; and Andrew Putnam, a PGA Tour rookie. Michael Putnam (personal-best tied-for-53rd showing in 2007), Gonzales (tied for 72nd in 2011) and Kelly (missed cut in 2012) have each played in the Open in the past.

Tee times Thursday: Kelly at 7:25 a.m. (PDT) off the first tee; Michael Putnam at 8:15 a.m. off the first tee; Andres Gonzales at 8:45 a.m. off the first tee; and Andrew Putnam at 2:05 p.m. off the 10th tee.
