The Auburn Mountainview High School softball team cruised to a 24-1 win in five innings against Auburn on Tuesday.
The Lions took the lead in the first inning, 11-0, and were also up 3-0 in both the second and third innings. The Trojans scored a run in the fourth inning but AMV responded the bottom half of the inning with seven more runs.
Winning Pitcher Zoe Collins pitched two innings and struck out three, she also was 3 for 3 at the plate with a double, four RBIs, and a home run. Angie Hagen also was 3 for 3 with a homer and one RBI.
Emerald Ridge 13, Rogers 7: The Jaguars led by eight runs after four innings and fended off the Rams from there. Megan Van Allen hit a home run. She was 2 for 3, with four RBIs.

Orting 8, Fife 3: The Cardinals led throughout. Winning pitcher McKienze Behnke was also 2 for 3 at teh plate, wih a double and scored two runs. Morgan Hand was 2 for 3, with a home run and three RBIs.
Puyallup 10, Graham Kapowsin 7: This game was tied after the fourth inning before things took off. Graham-Kapowsin took a 3-1 lead after the top of the fourth, Puyallup took a 5-3 lead after the bottom of the fourth, pushed it to 6-4 after the fifth, lost it after the top of the seventh with the Eagles taking a 7-6 lead, then walked off with three runs in the bottom of the seventh.
Emily Ensrud hit a home run for Puyallup. Ceirra Barkis was 4 for 4 at the plate for G-K.
