Voting is now closed for The News Tribune’s Athlete of the Week for fall high school sports contests played Nov. 20 to 25. Thanks to everyone who voted and supported local student-athletes.
This week’s winner is: Gunnar Trachte, Enumclaw football
Trachte completed 16-of-24 passes for 204 yards and two touchdowns in a 2A state semifinals loss to Anacortes.

Kooper Clark, Tumwater — Rushed for 244 yards and three touchdowns on 31 carries in a 2A state semifinals win over North Kitsap.
Isaiah Patterson, Yelm — Collected eight tackles, a tackle for loss and two sacks in a 3A state semifinals win over Eastside Catholic.
Brayden Platt, Yelm — Rushed for 219 yards and the game-winning 54-yard touchdown on 27 carries, and added 10 tackles, two tackles for loss and a sack on defense in a 3A state semifinals win over Eastside Catholic.
Kenji Scanlan, Yelm — Collected nine tackles, a tackle for loss and three sacks in a 3A state semifinals win over Eastside Catholic.
Aidan Skolrud, Graham-Kapowsin — Kicked the game-winning 25-yard field goal in a 4A state semifinals win over Eastlake, and added another 24-yard field goal and connected on 3-of-3 PAT attempts.
Gunnar Trachte, Enumclaw — Completed 16-of-24 passes for 204 yards and two touchdowns in a 2A state semifinals loss to Anacortes.
Daveon Superales, Graham-Kapowsin — Completed 16-of-20 passes for 135 yards and a touchdown, and added 14 carries for 81 yards in a 4A state semifinals win over Eastlake.
Jabez Woods, Graham-Kapowsin — Rushed for 35 yards and a touchdown on seven carries, caught six passes for 42 yards, and added a passing touchdown in a 4A state semifinals win over Eastlake.
