Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum is facing drug possession charges in Clark County after being pulled over on I-5 for speeding. He had about 3.3 grams of marijuana and a pipe in his glove box, police said.

It's disappointing news, though I certainly don't think it's anything he should be castigated for. And you know what, even with this news, I still think the Mariners should have drafted him. I don't think I'm alone in this thinking.
