Baseball, hotdogs, Fourth of July and a lineup

yep, it's Fourth of July and that means day baseball here at Safeco. It also means that I will be participating in the second annual Hotdog Chowdown for Charity.

Last year, I put on an awful display, eating just 2 3/4 hot dogs, which was good enough to take second. This year, the hot dogs are smaller, I didn't stay out till 3 in the morning the night before, and I plan on at least eating four or five .... Joey Chestnutt, I am not.

Here's a lineup behind Hector Noesi today. Noesi has 10 losses, which is the most in the American League - tied with Brian Matusz of the Orioles, who was sent to Triple A last week.

The Orioles will be starting Chris Tillman. You remember Tillman, he was a prospect in the Mariners system and was dealt along with Adam Jones, George Sherrill, Tony Butler and Kam Mickolio back before the 2008 season ... please no vomiting.
