The Los Angeles Angels continued their three-year domination of the Seattle Mariners by beating them - and ace Felix Hernandez - 5-2 Saturday at Safeco Field;.
Now 13-6 with a 2.53 earned run average in 2012, Felix is 0-3 with 5.82 ERA against the Angels this season.
Ahead going into the eighth inning, 2-1, Felix gave up back-to-back singles to Mike Trout and Torii Hunter, then saw an Albert Pujols ground ball get by Kyle Seager for a game-tying error.
Kendrys Morales singled home two runs and that was that. The Mariners have now scored an unearned run against Dan Haren, two against Ervin Santana and today face 16-game winner Jered Weaver. Yikes!

Over the last three seasons, the Mariners are 15-35 vs. the Angels.
The Mariners scored on a Trayvon Robinson home run and a Franklin Gutierrez RBI double, but left men in scoring position in the fifth and seventh inning, failing to pad a lead for Felix.
"I felt good, I was strong, I made good pitches," Felix insisted. "They got me. A couple of ground balls to the outfield in the eighth, they got me. It happens."
The Mariners are now 64-70 with 28 games to play.
