ESPN.com posted its 2009 NFL power rankings today, and the Seattle Seahawks were 22nd overall. Matt Wiliamson of Scouts.inc had Seattle ranked highest at 11th overall, while NFC East blogger Matt Mosley ranked the Hawks lowest at 27th overall.
NFC West blogger Mike Sando ranked Seattle 20th overall. As usual, Sando does a nice job of breaking down the rankings, which you can check out here.

Pittsburgh was ranked first overall, followed by New England, New York Giants, Philadelphia and Indianapolis.
