Walter Jones says through his twitter account that he was able to get into a football stance. That means the strength and mobility in Jones' knee is continuing to progress, and hopefully he should be ready to go by training camp in late July.

For the decade, the Seahawks own virtually identical results as that of their 1976 expansion brethren, the No. 9 Bucs. Ex-Seahawks defensive coordinator John Marshall ranks 12th overall in the Sporting News list of top defensive coordinators.
Greg Knapp ranks 14th among the top offensive coordinators in the league.
Pete Prisco of CBS Sports ranks Seattle's combination of quarterback Matt Hasselbeck (14), offensive tackle Walter Jones (8), defensive end Patrick Kerney (14) and cornerback Marcus Trufant (11) ninth overall among the league's 32 teams. Prisco says in the modern-day era most teams have a four-pronged approach to building a foundation: Securing a top quarterback, a left tackle to protect him, a defensive end to rush the passer and a cornerback to defend the pass, as the NFL have evolved from a running league to a throwing league.
The Seahawks are left out of this ranking of top 10 fan bases in the league.
