Apparently Aaron Curry has signed, as he just ran out on the field for this afternoon's practice to rousing applause from the crowd. No contract details yet, but obviously head coach Jim Mora is pleased. Curry missed the first eight days of camp. With Curry in the fold, only six players remain unsigned out of the first round.
Kansas City recently signing first round draft pick Tyson Jackson, the No. 3 overall pick in the draft and one pick higher than Curry, was believed to have spurred Seattle's negotiations with the Wake Forest linebacker. The Seahawks had to release someone in order to add Curry to the 80-man roster. That player could be wide receiver Billy McMullen, who is not in attendance at practice today, but I'll have to confirm that with the team.
