The Seattle Seahawks announced some minor reshuffling of the roster this afternoon, cutting wide receiver Mike Hass and adding defensive lineman Derek Walker to the active roster.
The Seahawks also released offensive guard Brian De La Puente from the practice squad. It would seem that move was made to clear a spot for Hass on the practice squad.
Walker originally made the 53-man opening day roster, but was released and signed to the practice squad on September 15. He was inactive against St. Louis in the first game of the season
Seattle added Hass to the team's practice squad on September 7, and later signed him to the active roster on November 3 because Ben Obomanu (oblique) was injured. However, Hass was inactive for the Detroit game.

The Seahawks could have signed Walker to the active roster to protect him from other teams interested in his services.
