Morning links: QB Anderson headed to Seattle for visit

According to James Walker of ESPN, recently released Cleveland Browns QB Derek Anderson has two visits set up, including a visit to Seattle on Thursday and Arizona on Saturday.

Anderson would be a backup quarterback option for Seattle as they continue to pursue a young quarterback in the draft to groom as an eventual replacement for Matt Hasselbeck.

Also, ESPN's Sal Paolantonio reports the Seahawks have been calling the Philadelphia Eagles non-stop in regards to Donovan McNabb and Kevin Kolb, but the Eagles are not interested in giving up either quarterback. Maybe Pete Carroll is not as big as a believer in Hasselbeck as he lets on.

The Arizona Cardinals re-signed safety Matt Ware after he made a trip to Seattle.

New Cleveland Browns QB Seneca Wallace says he wants to challenge for the starting job.
