Richard Sherman's (very) pregnant girlfriend is not imminently close to labor with their son, so the Seahawks' All-Pro cornerback is indeed full-go for today's Super Bowl.
Undrafted rookie free agent Garry Gilliam is inactive for Super Bowl 49, two weeks after the former Penn State tight end caught a fake-field-goal touchdown that sparked the Seahawks' rally past Green Bay in the NFC championship. Gilliam's mother Thelma "Vene" Shifflett and her older son made the trip from Carisle, Pennsylvania, on Thursday to be here for Gilliam.
Seattle's other inactvies: third-string quarterback B.J. Daniels, cornerback Marcus Burley, center Patrick Lewis, guard Keavon Milton, defensive end David King and rookie wide receiver Kevin Norwood.
