After Richard Sherman gave his version last week, New England quarterback Tom Brady talked about trash talk and the infamous "You mad, Bro?" incident from last time the Patriots faced the Seahawks.
BRADYOn the reported trash talking that has occurred between himself and Seattle cornerback Richard Sherman: “It’s just part of whatever motivates guys and whatever they say. Ultimately it comes down to how well you play. What I’ve learned over the years, a lot of guys talk. What you need to do is go out there and play, back it up. They’ve been able to back it up, so that’s why it works for them. Hopefully we can go out there and do our talking on the field.” On how the team blocks out Seattle’s trash talking: “There’s so much going on. You don’t pay attention; those going back and forth. There are a lot of teams we’ve played that there is something said after a play, but you get in the huddle and you think about getting back to the job you’re to do.”
